BBQ Chicken cooked by the sun has never been so fun!

Prep time: 10 Min
Cook time: 45 mins
Yield: 12 drumsticks suitable for 2 – 6 people
Ingredients:
- 12 drumsticks
- Your favourite marinade/rub/seasoning.
- We recommend:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Himalayan Rock Salt
Ground Ginger & Turmeric & Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes & Mixed herbs
Tomato Puree, Tomato Frito, Honey & Worchester Sauce
Grated Zest of one Lemon - Celery, Carrots or side Salad
- Additional dipping sauce of your choice.
Directions:
- Thaw drumsticks
- Season drumsticks with desired seasoning.
- Load drumsticks into GoSun tray and let bake for 30-45 minutes.
- Check drumsticks partway through cooking. Move the drumsticks in the front of the tray to the back of the tray and vice versa (the back of the stove tends to be hotter).
- Bake until satisfied. When done toss with sauce and enjoy!
